Casa Rio Apartments

Would definitely not recommend leasing here. My son had people knocking on his window trying to buy drugs. Paid all of his lease up front- when he moved out, kept his deposit and said he owed another 500.00. Said had to do touch up paint and carpet wasn’t cleaned. I personally helped him move out and cleaned the carpet. Also didn’t give written 30 day notice he was moving out. Moved out a month before his lease was up and that month was paid in full - went by office numerous times to return keys. I finally went by and dropped them off through the Dropbox with a note for Amber to call him. She never called. Don’t plan on getting your deposit back regardless. And plan on additional BS charges.
