Allington Dental

I went there at 10:00 to have a tooth extracted. I left around 11:30 and was told to wait about 30 minutes to an hour for a pain prescription to be sent in. At 2:45 I went to the pharmacy for the prescription and they didn't have it. I then called kool smiles and found out the doctor didn't send it in and that he will send the script in about an hour. What a disappointment with this office. I will not be back.

Great experience here. The staff are amazing very nice and professional . My kids enjoy coming here . Highly recommend bringing hung your children here

Very kind and was told everything that was being done and all my kids go there my middle child as been going since he was 6 months old.

I have been bringing my children to look smiles for almost 4 years, and every experience is awesome! I love how the staff make all of their patience feel so comfortable. My children live it as well! Taylor, Lauren and Dr. Lalani made our visit excellent! We will forever come to look smiles ����

Dr. Lim was fantastic. He knows his business. My granddaughter trusts Dr. Lim. His time to work is fast.

Dr. Lim and Melissa were great with my 4 year old. They were so kind and patient with her. They even talked me through what they were doing every step of the way. We will be returning if any other work needs to done. Positive experience for both myself and my daughter.

Dr. Kim is absolutely fabulous. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. I would recommend this dental service to anyone looking for a good dentist and/or who is nervous about dental work. They put you at ease.

Awesome staff. Awesome environment. My kids love going and it's for the entire family. Highly recommend this establishment.

All 4 of my kids ranging from 5 to 13 have been going to Kool Smiles now for about 4 years. The staff there is always wonderful! My youngest seems to cry all the dentist because for one, she has a bad gag reflex and 2 she thinks they are going to put cavities in her teeth lol. I have to give a big thanks to Janine cause every time we go she comforts and explains to my youngest how things work and it makes her feel so much better. My kids look forward to ringing the no cavity bell that they have. I would recommend Kool Smiles to anyone cause we love it!!

Had 9 AM appointment, arrived 8:45AM. Was taken back for dental work, they wanted to take X-rays again, they said they were going to extract 2 teeth, I went in for a filling, no one could give an explanation, I sat in chair waiting but no one came to me, after 2 hours ( 11:00 AM ) I went to front desk and told receptionist of the problem and about the way the dental personell were talking and seemed very uncoordinated. I do not intended to return.

I take all three of my kids here they always work with me to get all my kids in at the same time and the staff are always so nice and attentive to my kids. My kids actually love coming to the dentist! I love how sweet the dental assistants are to my kids to make sure they are comfortable and not scared whenever they have work done. I would definately recommend this place!

I got local anesthesia for the course of my treatment. My half of face got paralyzed for about an hour after the treatment. The doctor and staff told me it's fine. While I was paralyzed the nerve on my face, I couldn't close one side of my eye and it dried up and painful. It was most scary experience I ever done at a dentist.

Signed in and waited 30mins to find out they never checked us in. Then staff was rude because I got upset they skipped us. They need to pay more attention to customers than coworkers.

Last week was my 2nd visit and both times were great, service was awesome and I would tell patients to get dental done with them, thanks KOOL SMILES!
