All American Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat of San Angelo

Found a truck on their website with manufacturer, regional, and dealer rebates and incentives totaling $16000. It brought the truck price down to $30000. I walked in, asked for the truck by stock number, test drove it, and said I wanted it. The sales rep got the information for my trade in and turned that in to his manager. I sat there for 40 minutes waiting to hear what they were going to offer me for my trade in. When the sales rep, came back, he said the reason it took so long was that there was a mistake on the website and they were correcting it. The truck I wanted was really $37000. If I checked the website now, it would reflect the correct price. Well, later when I checked the website, it showed an even cheaper price ($27000). A few hours later, the truck was off the website altogether (and a quick trip through the lot showed that it had not been sold). At a minimum, this is blatant incompetence, but I suspect fraudulent business practices: luring people in with false advertisements. A classic bait and switch tactic. A manager couldn't be bothered to come out and apologize or try to explain. The sales rep was dumb founded. I don't appreciate my time being wasted. Definitely steer clear of this dealership.

Buyer's beware!! Especially the elderly and those with challenged impairments such as Alzheimer's. In the company's transactions of paper-work; forms that had optional boxes for customer's to check were automated and checked off by them instead, without disclosure and specific details. This fraudulent conduct included a warranty that was supposed to be an "extended" warranty, but was a part duplication to an existing warranty and back-dated to gain them benefit, not us! (We cancelled it). The other box checked off indicated "life-time" "free oil changes" charged at $449.00. (We cancelled, yet they had already stolen money up-front). They have also lied about the other service performed on my car and tax amounts. It is sick that they would do this to just about anybody, but even sicker to trick and push paper-work through for signature towards an elderly person exasperated and tending to her husband with Alzheimer's condition(s) at the same time. They are disgraceful! + Dishonest!

Just want everyone to know if you want a new vehicle i advise you not to go through San Angelo Dodge dealership. They have the worst service department and poor standard operating procedures in this town! I will never buy from any All American dealerships again because of them. Not to mention the prices of their vehicles are higher than the other dealerships. I do have proof of all this! Also they expect you to "plan" your vehicle breakdowns, do without your vehicle for 2-3 days ti they get around to "diagnosing" what is wrong, then tell you the breakdown repairs don't qualify enough man hours to give you a loaner vehicle! Arent they wonderful??!!!

took my trade back. I am 68 years old, purchased many

vehicles and never a transaction go so smoothly.

I have never even met Todd, but he treated me as if he knew me forever. I really

very knoligeable about the vehicle I wanted to purchace, which I certainly

My name is Martha Heredia. I bought a car here about 2 years ago. Today I went in to go get my Lifetime Warranty tires and to no surprise, they didn't honor their contract. When we bought the car they told us that we could get the oil changes and services at the Lithia dealership closest to us. But if we wanted the tires we had to go back to San Angelo. So every 3 months we had the oil changed and tires rotated like we were suppose to. We went today and they told us that they could not honor the contract because we didn't do all of the services at there dealership, even though they told us that was ok when the car was bought. We will NEVER AGAIN buy a vehicle from these people.

They have master certified technicians & they match all the local competition on any needed service or part.
