This is without a doubt the worst experience we've ever had with any business by far. I do not doubt the below reviewer as its reflective of my experience but if the below reviewer thinks waiting 6 months is unreasonable how about 22.

Dont believe this woman. Everything was completed one day before scheduled day. Some people just want discounts for anything.

Delivery of headstones are quoted as approximately 90 days after order is placed and paid for in full, but we didn't receive our headstone as promised. We placed our order in August and still have not received the headstone, it's already February!!! It has been 6 months since placing and paying for our order. The company claimed a piece was on back order, however, they never notified us of this issue. Do yourself a favor and order from another company, because A C Memorials Inc is not reliable and the service (Evelyn) is terrible. My email correspondence has been mysteriously lost and I have also been hung up on several times. The most terrible part of the whole situation is that the anniversary of my mother's passing is this month and she still has no headstone. :(
