I hate to spend money however I have no problem spending money for a quality products or services. We found Simon about three years ago and absolutely love the work he does. He is passionate about his work and doing the extra work to get your carpet looking the best it possible can. Simon's work is very meticulous and worth ever penny. After watching him work and seeing the job he does I have no problem paying him for his work. I honestly can honestly tell my family and friends they will be absolutely happy with the work he does.

My husband and I discovered a flood in our basement due to a malfunction of the water heater. We had very soggy carpets. I called Simon up at 11 p.m. at night based on the rave reviews about him. He came over to our house and helped us with the clean up and removed the carpet and the pad so that the carpets could dry. His willingness to hlep us out in a pinch at 11 p.m. at night prevented further water damage being done to the carpets and to our home. I was very grateful. We will be having him come back over to clean the carpets. We really liked him and were very grateful to him for his help. I would highly recommend him.

The outcome of the service was more than expected. Simon has excellent customer service skills, gave extra attention to stubborn areas of our carpet, and made certain we were satisfied. He also took the time to explain techniques and processes used. The results were amazing.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Simon!!! No tears today! We were in need of a carpet stain removal service and contacted Utah Carpet Care based on another review from this site. Three nights ago, we experienced an unfortunate accident involving the dreaded red wine and a light tan carpet, and it wasn’t a wee bit of wine, either. Simon was very forthcoming about the expected outcome, which left me with very little hope of success; after all, it is red wine. He was prompt with the appointment time and after only an hour, the stain was completely gone!! Simon’s prelude to the removal was much too modest of his abilities and our five year old carpet looks brand new! I will recommend him to anyone in need of a miracle worker for carpeting. I own a lot of rental properties and I have used a lot of carpet cleaning services over the years and I can unequivocally say that Utah Carpet Care is the very best I have ever used. They are punctual, knowledgeable and, most importantly, they make tired, old carpets look brand new. Their prices are also very reasonable. Do yourself a favor, call them first.

I can't believe the prompt reply I got from Simon for a rush carpet cleaning for my bedroom. The bedroom had some difficult to remove stains. He pre-treated all the stains and waited for the treatment to work. He then proceeded to do a thorough cleaning on the carpet. It looks beautiful. Simon has done two jobs for me and both have been a great experience. He was even able to come on a Saturday at short notice so that I could have the carpets done before renters moved in. I'll definitley use him again.

Utah Carpet Care did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. After he had already finished cleaning, he decided he wasn't happy with one area and proceeded to do it over again. He worked hard to get the stains out that had been there since we moved in three years ago. I would definitely recommend Utah Carpet Care to anyone I know.

Utah Carpet Care helped remove 99% of a day-old red wine stain from my beige, wool-blend carpet. I appreciated that they were able to come within three hours of my initial phone call and didn't rush through the job. I'm very satisifed and will continue to use Utah Carpet Care for annual carpet cleaning and "emergency services."

Simon arrived on time, and was very professional. Cleaned the whole house, plus a wool rug. He was able to remove pet stains and a few stains that I thought would never come out. I will use him the next time the carpets are ready to clean.

Simon lives in our neighborhood. We had seen his truck while walking our dog. He scheduled our appointment on short notice and arrived on time. The cleaning work was excellent! He spent extra time on some trouble spots, including our stairs. The carpets dried quickly.

Simon did a great job cleaning my carpets. He showed up on time and it was easy to get them to come at a time that fit my schedule. The carpets looked great and I loved that he was willing to pull out my sofas, move my recliners, etc to REALLY clean my carpets. He also cleaned a couple of rugs for me that turned out great! great job! I had someone else clean my other house. I did not like the job. so when i needed to have my rental house cleaned a week later i was given Utah Carpet Care's phone number. He did a great job!! I had to have him came and clean my other home that was just done by someone else. i Will use him again and again.
