        technicion was very kind and helpful in explaining what he was doing and was very courtious. very timley and did a wounderful job on my carpets. made them look new again. thanks

        I can't say enough great thing...

        I can't say enough great things about Deseret Duct Cleaners! They fit me into their schedule when it was convenient for me. Their technician Pete was promt, friendly and very knowledgeable. He cleaned my air ducts and dryer vent quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use this company again!

        Worst company ever

        This is an awful company. Do not be tempted to call them based off their cheap pricing. Their prices are cheap because they are a cheap company. I just waited for them for four hours after the time they said they would be to my house only to hav an unfriendly, slow fat man tell me he wouldn't be able to clean my one carpeted room due to not having a "water source". Well that's weird, how in the hell is my lawn watered and how in the hell am I able to shower on the daily? Incredibly unprofessional, untimely, and unsuccessful experience.

        I am sorry you feel like we are a cheap company. We do our best to offer quality services at affordable prices. When our technician told you there was not a water source, that does not mean there is not water running to your apartment complex. What it means is there is not a water valve (spicket) that we can hook our hoses up to for the carpet cleaning service. I apologize our schedule was so off the day of your appointment and we were so late. Sometimes customers add more services at the time of their appointment - this day it happened twice. Our communication was certainly poor on our end and again, I apologize for your bad experience with our company.
