Below is the contract ,that once drawn up they couldn't make up their mind , which is why part is scratched out . Simmons that everything was ready . 2 days later we went to build the deck . Arriving that Fri and there s no materials , the pool is not installed and the dirt was not packed .. At this time Mr Corriher was present and I was asked by him if I could finish him in the pool and so forth. I told hom that
I would charge $20 per hour per man . When I seen the doctor he had hauled in that was 3 ft thick without being packed I explained to him to that work dirt would not hold a deck post for a fence post or anything. When I quoted this job I quoted it for framing a deck only. I could not see the ground it was out of the pool walls because they're laying all over the ground. I told mr. Cory or if he wanted us to pack that dirt real solid to where it would hold a post and his fence and deck, and finish installing his pool and plumbing I was informed that they had already went through 2 deck builders and 2 pool builders, I don't know what the reasons were but I know what the reason is between me and them which I am explaining. He and I discussed it I offered to do it for .THIS was Labor only and home owner supplies materials. I was asked to leave .I could go on and on but only 2,000 allowed

They are not a licensed business! The owner after we gave them a $800.00 up front start up cost asked for $ 150.00 to fix his van and the van was running fine. Had no problem driving it to Lowes or to ask for the money a my place of business! Then he give us a price to build a deck and started adding $ 20.00/hour per man to condition ground to set poles for fence that was included in the original price. After further research this company has had many complaints at the Better Business Bureau. Please do your research on the owners and the companies back ground or you may end up where we are!
