...then hire Kuhlmann & Sons Construction. He did everything that was asked of him and his vision for what I wanted was spot on. He does most all the work himself so you know the work is quality and will be done right the first time. However, since it is just him doing most all the work, it can take a little longer than estimated. But the finished product was well worth it and if I had it to do all over, I'd still hire him again to build my screened in porch.
Mr. Kuhlmann was a pleasure to do business with. He communicated well, showed up when he said he would, and did what he promised. He is easy to work with, listens to what you want done, and is flexible with planning. Mr. Kuhlmann worked long, hard hours to get the job done on schedule. He is a truly a nice guy with a great work ethic.

Juergen and his crew just finished our Basement they build a full bath, kitchen and entertaining room and all of it looks great. We think the price was fair as well and all that work was done while we have been gone.
