RUN!!!! Don’t walk!!! Unless you are made of money or your desperate and this is the ONLY place to get your work done. I just paid $812.25 to diagnose, repair a ONAN 6500 generator voltage regulator installed on a motorhome. The part can be bought online for $225 and they charged $411.18 and to further stick it to me, they charged $10.00 shop fee/Environ fee for disposal of the old part. I guess it was a long way to the trash can and their garbage can is real hard to dump. Second they charged $11.40 for freight on the part that weighed less than a half pound and they previously marked up from $225 to $411. Lastly, there is no mention of the $85 per hour labor rate anywhere on the website or in the office that doubles for but is mainly used to sell their home brewing supplies. I don’t see how this company gets a repeat customer, unless it is warranty work. By the way, they ran the coach batteries down on my motorhome and didn't even attempt to recharge them. Do yourself a favor and find another place to get your generator worked on.
