We purchased two items from this store: a twin bed and a curio cabinet. We were told the mattress for the bed wasn't in stock and they would call us to set up the delivery when it came in. Unfortunately nobody called us and we had to call but as soon as we did, we had our items within 3 days. I can't blame the consultant to helped us. Chris was very helpful and professional. We are planning on going back to purchase a table set. The prices are very good compared to the competition. I would have given them a 5 star rating if it weren't for the delivery delay.

Signature galleries told me they were going to call me many weeks ago to schedule the delivery of the furniture set I purchased there. They have postponed the delivery twice and not called me once to inform me of that. Any communication that has taken place has been on my part. They have been giving me the run-around for weeks and after trying to get a response for days I was informed very rudly by Miguel who I think is a supervisor that "they might have my items in anout 2 weeks". Dont spend your money there. Once they have made their sale and recieved their commission they will be rude and unproffessional. I hope this review helps :-)
