Baker Custom Tile

I deeply regret hiring David Baker to install tile flooring in my home. Overall, the quality of work he did ranges from a C to a F.



-Here are the highlights of the job:

-The spacing of the tiles is uneven and many are laid higher than the others.

-There was no quality control, he installed at least three chipped tiles.

-He had a fit when my husband and I asked him to cut out out three horribly laid tiles.

-He blamed said horribly laid tiles on my eight pound cat stepping on those exact tiles when they were setting.

-He took twice as long as he quoted the job taking and by the end had a horrible attitude.
