Very quick, and on time, office girls are always helpful either over the phone or in person, service fellas sent out always make sure job get finished or either direct me great businesses that can help out if their expertise can't
The service man they sent for a relatively simple job did ok with the job but was discourteous and disrespectful.

I needed some warranty work done on an Insinkerator Instant Hot dispenser for our kitchen, which had been installed by a different vendor, who said there might be a problem with the unit, and suggested we call United Repair Co, because they did all the warranty work for the part. I called them. Great service. Scheduled apt with two hour window and statement that repairman would call just before coming. He called. Very competent. Not sure what was wrong, but replaced unit at no charge, and said "let's see how that works." Perfect. I'm very happy with United Repair Co.
i had to have these guys out to my house 3 times to fix the SAME problem! the 4th time they told me to call the manufacturer!!! are you serious?! you couldnt fix it right the first time or the seond or the third and the fourth you're just gonna give up?! horrible business!!!!!!! i'm only giving one star because i cant give zero!
