Rosewood Lane Apartments

We moved in during the first phase about 18 months ago. At the time, they made various promises (such as leaving a green treed area near our apartments) that they've fallen through on. They tore down the area they said they'd keep nice to build more units (a pleasant experience for 8+ months). The apartments have changed hands at least twice, each time with new rules/regulations, the most recent involving revoking our second parking spot.



The apartments are still pretty nice... because they are new. We've had significant issues including doors that won't shut properly (because the building is shifting), several things breaking, and a front door that wouldn't lock at times.



Rates were a little high when we moved in, but it was ok for the area of town. However, when you renew, they really jack up the rates (even worse if you go month-to-month).



If you want a decent place to live and can live with numerous owners and ever changing regulations, this isn't a bad place. Personally, I'm counting down the days until our year lease runs out and I can move somewhere more reasonable.



A final note, I'm not one to typically get online and complain about something. The various owners just keep adding rules and regulations and not following through with promises. They seem to have absolutely no concern except making money and I'm fed up. If you can deal with that its honestly not a bad place.
