Overall

The MOST horrible experience I've ever had!!!

RIPPED off for $3600 dollars!!!

Carlos Larrondo was COMPLETLEY inept in performing the repairs to my vehicle!!!

These folks also tend to be shall we say, UNTRUTHFUL!!!

Overall

I highly recommend Larrondo’s Auto Center. I’ve gone there twice now and have been pleased with their service each time. The first thing you’ll notice is that they have a paperless front-office environment and they take full-advantage of the latest electronic communication all while providing superior personal customer service. Carlos does a great job explaining any needed repairs and has great follow-through. I have a ’97 Toyota Camry and I trust Larrondo’s to give me the service I need at fair price.

Overall

I drive a BMW 328i, to tell you the true most of the places that say that specialize on this type of cars they like to charge to the point that I can't afford to have a car like this. I was a little skeptical about larrondos auto center, just for the reason that they seem pretty well price. The feeling change, once I spoke to Aleeha on the phone, I swear this lady is the nicest. Once they were done with the repairs with my car, I asked for them to save all the parts for me and they did ( I had shops in the past that had issues with this). My total was fair and when I picked my car Carlos took the time to tell me everything about the repair. I think it was good that he took the time to show me parts and explain the repair, I'm not a car genius but at least I have a better pic of what was done to my car.

Aweful experience. Carlos and ...

Aweful experience. Carlos and Andrea tried to pit my fiance and I against eachother. Extremely poor communication and professionalism. Charged us to store the vehicle- but we were givin no warning or communication. Andrea said that Carlos was preferring communication with my fiance becase I would be confused by the details. Wow! THey claimed they had made multiple attempts to contact, but we have call logs on our phones that prove otherwise. Wouldn't let me get my car back until I paid up.

NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

I am very sorry that you feel we did not meet your expectations for service, even though we had a longstanding relationship with yourself, your fiance, and even your sister/brother-in-law (we had even gone so far as to assist you in providing information regarding your previous vehicle for your lawsuit against the other shop you have publicly reviewed as well). The things you were dealing with were very frustrating, and even aggravating (I know I would feel the same as you!) and I can understand how things regarding your vehicle are not the most “fun” to deal with. Especially when your “new-car-to-you” car (as your last one was ruined via the last shop experience you had) resulted in it’s own issues as well, it’s a lot to take in. I want you to know, as a woman and as the co-owner of Larrondo’s Auto Center, Inc., we have a zero-tolerance policy for treating any customer, man or woman, in an offensive, objective or disrespectful manner. All of our calls, emails and texts are recorded electronically, so I had a full trial of the multiple communication attempts made by the Shop (Andrea, Carlos or Myself) and your Fiance (who you specifically selected as the only point of contact for your vehicle and it’s care/repairs, you hadn’t listed yourself to contact) as well as recorded approvals by phone for repair/diagnostic approval for your vehicle. After multiple contacts to let you know the vehicle was ready for pick-up, over a week’s span of time, they were not returned and we were getting concerned (and this is also where our vehicle abandonment policy comes into play, and this is a shop-wide policy). I know from there, your brother in law came to the shop to pay for the vehicle for you (to help you), as well as resolve the fees that had been charged. I am deeply saddened that our relationship ended in such a manner where you became angry and wanted to retaliate for actions that were only instructed and approved by your fiance and/or yourself at drop-off; we would never repair your vehicle without your consent! I hope you are doing well, and I hope you’ll give us another chance to provide you excellent service.
