Paid all cash for a car including license fees. Dealer did not posses proper paperwork to get plates for the car. After 3 months with no updates ( simply blamed DMV without checking when we finally checked......) so we had to come back in and get a SIX MONTH temp slip for rear window... Be aware !!!!

Rented a car as an insurance replacement from State Farm and was charged an extra daily charge for a bigger car even though they had no other cars and was told I WOULD NOT be charged. I only found out looking at my Credit Card bill. I was told I would get a voucher - never received. The store said they charged me and the knuckleheads online say they didn't. Dishonest - avoid.

Hertz car Sales has the best sales men around. They looked at my credit and told me I could qualify for a special loan they have, I was able to get a better rate and cheaper fees. They really looked out for me while I was there, from the searching to a car threw the finance process and then the final paperwork. I was happy during the entire process and im very thrilled that there are still companies that still look out for the consumer.

My feeling on getting a new car is that is sucks! I feel like you have to play a game with the salesmen for a good deal and then they try to add all sorts of fees at the end. No one likes this and it is almost stressful. When I went to Hertz Car Sales it was not like this at all. It was very easy and stress free. Considering to purchase a vehicle, not sure what I could get financed for just knew that I wanted to get some type vehicle. The sales team was a pleasure there were a couple people trying to help me with my particular siuation, but they all were exceptional.
