Salon Grazie

I went to this salon because it was convient to me and they salon looked impressive from the inside. I asked my hair dresser to make my hair red, and i even had pictures. She could not do it and ended up stripping my hair and adding color just to get back to my natural brown when i was told afterwards by other stylists at other salons that she would of had to bleach it. I understand failure but she just would not give up. I spent a total of 9 hours on 4 different days in the salon to get nothing but 2 inches of red hair and chemical burn on my scalp. They would not even refund my money back to me because she trimmed my hair because it wass dead when i said i just had my hair trimmed and dont need it done.. and was charged 40 dollars for it but my reciept said that i was charged 120 for foils and 20 for the remover. I did get 100 back but it took a lot. Now my hair is completely damaged and i have ridiculously red roots that no one will touch because they are afraid my hair will break. Great.
