Linda Roberts Realty and Associates LLC

I have one word of advice to anyone looking to use Linda Roberts Realty... "BEWARE"!!!. Buying a home is supposed to be an exciting time, but if using Linda Roberts Realty agent, Terry Burgoyne, be prepared for lies and deceitful practices. My husband and I were looking to move up to a bigger home and called on a house we saw offered by Linda Roberts Realty. Terry Burgoyne came out to meet us. She was very polite and gained our trust. She convinced us to list our house because, as she said, the market was picking up. However, she was only looking for her own interests. We agreed to use her as our selling agent and use her to help us find a new home. She eventually convinced us to sell our home with no contingencies, threatening we would lose our buyer. Half heartedly, we agreed. Then, we made an offer on a new home and were very excited. After our offer was made, she told us that she spelled a name incorrectly and told us the paperwork was all the same, just the spelling of the name was incorrect. Unbeknownst to us, she had changed the address on our Buyer's agent agreement from the address we were making an offer on to "ANY property in So. NH with an approx value up to (our preapproved amount)" and had pushed out the date, making her our agent for 4 months longer.... When the home inspection was on the house we were selling, she could not be there and told my husband he had to be there, so he took an unpaid day off as he is self employed. She should have had another agent in her office be there, but LINDA ROBERTS REALTY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS, ONLY THEIR PROFITS.. We had to do all the running, as our agent was too lazy, to pick up the signed P&S on our home or the deposit made payable to her agency, we had to drive it there. We had to get all town tax records, etc on the new house, had to contact the band and get them all paperwork, including the signed P&S for both homes. Again, one word of advice regarding Linda Roberts Realty.....BEWARE!!!!! I have been homeless for almost 4 weeks now and have not heard from Terry Burgoyne since she got her commission check on the sale of my home!!!!
