I went into Weber Oriental Rugs after shopping at many everyday retail outlets, such as Home Depot, JC Penny, etc. When I told Mike and Phyllis what I wanted they started showing me many rugs and quickly narrowed down what was right for me. They made many recommendations and suggestions to me that I had not thought of and I found that there opinion for the size was exactly what I needed. Furthermore, they gave me advice about what to look for when shopping for rugs. I wasn't completely sure about the rug I decided on and they allowed me to take it home and try it in my home. It was perfect for our house. It was a wonderful experience and I was impressed with the knowledge they displayed and did not feel pressured at all. I do not know a lot about real authentic Oriental Rugs. I brought a rug to Mike that I was led to believe was quite expensive. Mike took the time to show me the details of what makes a quality and how to spot superior quality vs. marginal quality. I found this education to be VERY beneficial. The level of trust I have with Weber is amazing. I will NEVER EVER buy an oriental rug anywhere else - EVER!!
