They did a fantastic job for us. Paid exact quote. Didn't try to force us into a new one. You could tell he is proud of their work. If I need to I will definitely use them again. The last people I used for normal service tried to upsell me into a new $3800 model. I still don't think it's as good as the one I have. I LOVE my Rainbow! Leigh

So glad I found these guys. Fast, knowledgeable and most important was the quote was exactly like the invoice, imagine that. It's been a long time since I've seen this kind of service. If I ever need anything Rainbow related I won't hesitate to call them again.

I was reluctant at first to take my Rainbow vacuum in because of a bad experience with the Rainbow people in Seminole. Very happy to say these people were great, treated us with respect and everything we needed to get our unit serviced. They didn't try to beat us into submission to buy a new one, they gave us an education on how to care for the one we have and make it last forever "as promised". If I ever need a new one I'm going to Carmen and if I ever need service again, these people have my business.

Very fast, reasonable, and had pick up and delivered back in a few days. I have an older model and can't afford a new one, so I was looking to have this one refurbished. My old Rainbow, looks new, runs like new. I hope to get another 15 yrs out of this one too. I would definitely go back to these guys they were great!
