        Made appointment and waited all day for no show. Spend five days rescheduling bc the owner kept saying they called and no one answered. No call or No show for appointment time. To make it worse spent time texting how I was wrong and they did call and would not apologize and I was wrong. What? Who tells a customer they are wrong. Refused to apologize for no show and blamed the customer and argued via text like a 5 year old in a sand box. Completely unprofessional and WILL NEVER recommend to anyone and will file complaint with BBB. I have never encountered anything in the service industry like this experience.
