I had this company come out to my house this morning, the guy that was here was very professional. Though i purchased a Groupon, and chose not to spend any extra money, he treated me as if I family. Did a fantastic job and even offered me a discount for the next time i have my carpets cleaned...I will use them again and would recommend you do too!

The owner of this company will search for a way to charge you extra!!! Stay away, or at a bare minimum, get everything in writing... not that he will honor that either.
