Budget Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing

I had a water line break at my office in St. Peters somewhere between Friday night and Saturday morning. Upon arrival to our office on Saturday, the parking lot was flooded with water. We called Budget plumbing division and had to leave a message with a live answering service who promised that we would get a call back that day. No call back Saturday or Saturday night. Returned to office on Sunday and placed a call again to Budget live answering service. They stated that Budget did have hours on Sunday and someone would call. No one called ever. not Budget nor answering service. I had to hire someone else to come out due to this companies terrible service.

My experience was very good. Will and Steve were great. They called to see if they could come earlier than our scheduled time and I was definitely onboard with that. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. When they were done, everything was up and in good working condition. 5 star in my book.

I had him come to house for second opinion on my ac unit because first service company made up things to keep from doing work covered by warranty Justin fixed my ac in under 40 mins and gave me great advice fir future maintenance He was friendly ,informative and On time.

Ross Butler did a fine job when he repaired our water heater. He was courteous and very informative. Thanks for a great job. I will be recommending Budget to all my friends and family.

Jeff Hurwitz came out and within 15 minutes diagnosed the problem, showed me what caused the problem, and had the furnace running after replacing the part. Excellent service and Jeff will be my person of choice for all future services needed.
