Urban Interiors began work on my house flip on 3/24/16 for a 4 week flip and finished on 6/24/16. The crew made design decisions, bought material without my authorization. The back side of closets & doors weren't painted, they felt no one would look. The laminate floor is buckling in areas & floor installer , CVM Enterprises Inc. covered up a floor register. The contractor refuses to pay the $17,000 for going over the 4 week timeline. Some of my materials were discarded without my knowledge. My new laminate planks & carpet remnants were used as drop cloths for painting. The cleaning crew did nothing. What work they did do was done before the other workers completed their work and they never came back. The contractor changed my laundry door without my authorization claiming the old door was damaged but never told me or showed me before doing the work. There is still work left to me done but I'm using another contractor to complete their work.
