Global Granite & Marble

Before you go, realize many fabricators have old samples and since granite, marble, etc are naturally occuring materials, they will not all be the same as the slabs you see and may only be similiar to the samples in color. Patterens vary. Keep an opened mind as slabs often look very different then small samples. The people at Global were very helpfull, more then willing to have slabs moved so we could see several colors, allow us to take samples home to match cabnets and flooring.

We were not happy with our experience at Granite Global & Marble. When we went to pick out our slabs, the sample we saw at Lowes did not match what they had onsite. We were told we could pick another kind at no additional charge. We then pick out the slabs we wanted and were told that those were already sold and we couldn't have them. We finally picked two other slabs and were again told there would be no additional charge beyond what we already paid. About 1 week later we received a call saying there was additional costs for the 2 granite slabs we picked. The experice we had with Granite Global & Marble was extremely disappointing as they did not follow through on what they told us. Our visits to their establishment were not pleasant as the people working there were very unorganized and we received different information from several different sales people that did not make sense. One person would tell us one thing and then someone else would come up to us and tell us something different. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone looking to buy Granite Counter Tops.
