I recently used Cardinal Services to replace my gutters and downspouts. Not only was their quote competitive, but both the owner and staff were very professional and respectful of my time and property. I am very pleased with their work and my house looks great! I did like their price for gutter cleaning but their cost for downspout and gutter repair was too high. I still had to pay it, though, since they wouldn't give a quote until after the work was done. When I questioned it they promised to include maintenance of the gutters and downspouts with the cost. Sure enough, there was a storm with winds over 40 mps that blew the gutter guards off the following week. After a few months of promising to come replace the guards I finally hired someone else to fix them. All in all I would say that their gutter cleaning price was good and that would be something to hire them for since there is no long term commitment. Something that is longer term is probably better done elsewhere.
