I love this store! It's kept up well, the employees are very helpful and I love thier products! The candles are the best I've ever used!

I love bath and body works, but I choose to go to the Crestwood one instead. Here, I was treated like dirt. One woman with shoulder length brown hair in her mid 30s-40s was actually annoyed that I asked her to help me. She was just standing there doing nothing beforehand. I was about to buy a lot there and ended up turning my heels and walking right back out and headed to Crestwood plaza for a real fun shopping experience. But here, stay away unless you like the abuse. And if you want to fight to be helped, then this is the place for you. If you like friendliness, I would suggest the Crestwood store or the Chesterfield store. But not here. Here you will feel awkward, annoyed, and irritated.
