Allure Nails

We made appointments for 9 women to get pedicures and full sets of acrylic nails for my daughters wedding. Felt like we were herded in and out like cattle. Our pedicures lasted 20 minutes or less with absolutely no massaging or pampering whatsoever. The man who did my daughters(bride), pedicure hurt her and made her toe bleed. He was rude and impatient with her during her nail session. I have incredibly sore feet with dry cracked heels and look forward to some attention being given to my feet, did not happen here. My Full set of nails did not turn out the way that I wanted them despite showing him a picture of exactly what I wanted four different times. Each person in this bridal party spent an average of $70 and when you take that times nine people that is a lot of money and you would think they would appreciate that much business coming through their door at one time and do a little bit more to pamper a bride and her mother not to mention the other members of the bridal party. There was no offer of water, tea, or anything else. I was incredibly disappointed and really felt like they couldn't wait to get us in and out and get that almighty dollar. We only chose this salon because a couple of girls in the wedding party recommended it. We thought it wouldn't hurt to give it a try, We will never go to this salon again, we will stick with Kevin's where We usually go.
