Beck's Trailer Super Center and Service Center

Not sure these guys want to make a sale. Was handed off to three different people as each had more pressing "issues" to deal with. One didn't want to talk to me "because I didn't have an appointment," the other "was going on vacation the next week so didn't have time to talk." The third feigned getting a phone call in the midst of our conversation and walked off! Had been forewarned the "other trailer place" down the road was rude and dismissive, and expected better from Beck's. Sadly, no.

I drove 6 hours round trip today to buy a trailer at Becks. The selection was more impressive than I expected and the service was incredible! I delt with Fred and Scott today and they run their business without the high pressure sales technique. I got the trailer custom equipped that suits my needs at a great price! It was a 5 star visit! These well built trailers are made in America! Keep our economy going! Thank you Becks!

Warning alert! This company has terrible business practices. I put a $200 deposit on a trailer that I wanted to purchase but then realized that it wasn't the brand that was recommend for me to purchase (I'm new to purchasing trailers!). My salesman told me that they could not get an Interstate brand trailer so I had to cancel my order. I would never hold a deposit hostage from one of my customers, but I guess that is why my business has a 4.8 Google rating and they are at a 4.4. I guarantee that their marketing cost for 2 new great customers far exceeds $200 but those geniuses (Bobby in particular) can't figure that one out. I told them to keep their deposit as they couldn't give me a free shopping spree in their store. For the record, the salesman Jameson was awesome and it is sad that he is put in a position to deliver this type of news. He is a better employee than this place and should be working elsewhere. Call me Jameson if you ever want to move to Grand Rapids

I visited becks trailer store and found the best selection of trailer in Michigan. I ended up finding the trailer I wanted at a great price. I worked with James and found him to be very knowledgeable on trailers. I ended up purchasing a legend trailer. not one of the cheapest trailers but definitely one of the best for the money. I will do all my trailer purchases at becks in the future.

I walked into becks trailer store and was kindly greeted by the front desk. I let them know that i was looking for a trailer and they promptly got me with James and he asked me questions to get me into the right trailer. I ended up with a thunder cyclone. I have since then pulled it for the past 2 months and have had a great experience with the trailer. I will go to becks for all my trailer needs.

I recently purchased a Legend trailer from Beck's. The really want say only thing say one thing whole experience and that is SATISFIED. The trailer is everything Scott the salesperson said it would be and I was in and out of there rather quickly once I explained what I was looking for. Very helpful people. Very nice product.

I saw Fred at the Novi Show and found a beautiful trailer at an unbeatable price! He was so knowledgeable of the trailers as well as what the other places had to offer. My favorite thing about Becks is that they have true American Made products, as opposed to the other places who say they have American products but you can see on it, they say made in China. Fred at Becks not only earned my business, but my trust and we will most definitely be returning for other trailers this spring!! Thanks Fred, Timmy

My Brother recommended I go see Fred at Becks for a dump trailer for the family business. So I called, and they had exactly what I was looking for! I went out that day, Fred was expecting me. He greeted me, and didn't waste any time. He took me right to it, worked fast to get me a Great deal. They really are the best deal guaranteed, just as they advertise! I signed all my paperwork for financing, and was out on the road, no hassle. I have recommended all of my friends and family to go see ya Fred. We will be needing more trailers down the line and you're just the guy we'll see!!

I called and spoke with Fred Wolff and set up a time to come see the snowmobile trailers. It was really incredible. They have so many friendly faces, and SO MANY trailers! Fred took me right to the trailer I needed, he worked fast to get me a killer steal! I financed it, the process was so fast, I was down the road in no time! I will recommend anyone with trailer needs to go see Fred!
