Sand Hollow Aquatic Center is owned and operated by the city of St. George, Utah. It offers recreational activities and lane and lap swimming for children, young people and senior adutls. The center includes a competition and diving pool and a more than 5,800 square feet leisure pool. Its leisure pool features zero depth entry and offers water slides, entertainment programs and water games for children and adults. It also provides individual and family passes for full-day visits. Additionally, it organizes various swimming events and swimming lessons for children and adults. It also offers American Red Cross-certified and lifeguard training courses. Sand Hollow Aquatic Center offers aqua aerobics program that offers water aerobics and special muscle strengthening exercises. The center also offers rental services for private pool parties and organizes birthday parties that include food, beverages and special packages. It offers masters swimming program for people of age 18 years and above.
