Pralle Meadows Apartments

We dealt with brown recluse spiders, often having periods without heating or cooling, and it often took a few weeks to have repairs made. New management came in a couple months ago, and couldn't find my move-in walk through when I went to end my lease. They also "lost" the one I turned into them, as I had kept a copy. Without telling me they never received it, they are trying to bill me for damages that were a part of the apartment at the time I moved in. They refused my entire 875$ security deposit, even though I left the apartment in better condition then I moved in (and yes, i have the proof of it). I suggest having a good lawyer before you think to move in, as I do and have contacted mine.

Worst place I have ever lived. Nothing ever got fixed and management even got worse when new management took over. NOT a safe plase to raise a kid.

I'm counting the days until my lease is up. The buildings are old and falling apart. Hallways smell like urine and are always gross. We actually found human feces in the hallway on more than one occasion. Neighbors are loud at all hours of the night. Management doesn't care about you at all--woke up this morning at 7:00am to workers next door literally hammering the other side of my bedroom wall. Loud construction that woke me and my roommate up continued for hours. Told management and her response--"it's going to be going on for a few more days, too bad." Need something fixed? Too bad! I've had to call 3 or 4 times every time I need something fixed. They just put lights in the parking lot but before that there was basically no lighting at all.



I actually hear a power saw as I'm writing this review.



Do not live here!

I just moved into a one bedroom and it is fantastic. It is quiet, no parties. They are redid the apartments so they are nice and new (bathrooms, flooring, windows, doors). I recommend this to people looking for a nice home at a resonable price.
