        Mckelvey properties was put in...

        Mckelvey properties was put in charge of my apartment complex after my former landlord defaulted on a loan. I have never once been able to successfully contact McKelvey properties about anything, Nobody ever answers a phone or checks a voicemail. Their Emergency line is completely unmanned.
