Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Excellent serviceI I rented a car then bought a car. The service was excellent all the way around. They were nice and very helpful.

I have been renting Enterprise cars and suv's for at least 10yrs now . They always been nice to me and I was blessed to get good cars for rent . Always got the cars or suv's i wanted , Thank you Enterprise for you good works .

I did not enjoy my experience with this office at all. They gave me a rental I did not want. All I wanted was a car, not a truck or van. I am short, so it is hard to climb up. I ended up breaking one of my toes when I slipped trying to get it this bread box. They promised no charges to my credit card. They did it anyways. They made promises that they did not keep and then when I called to contront them on it (mind you, I was very nice to them on the phone), they had the nerve to get back on the phone after leaving me on hold for ten minutes and tell me, "We are getting kind of busy here, can we call you back later?" Enough said.
