My husband and I aren't very tech savvy, and these guys were great. They explained everything they did to fix our computer, and even what they wouldn't recommend! I was so impressed w/ their honesty and integrity. They worked fast and I'm so happy with the result. What nice people to deal with on top of their expertise.

These guys are the best!!! They provide excellent service at a reasonable price. I have purchased several used computers from them and had several computers upgraded and small repairs done. My brother is in a nursing home and depends on his computer to stay in touch with the outside world. When we had a problem, they took it right in and fixed immediately because they understood how much it meant to him. You don't find that kind of customer service in big box stores. I just wish they were closer to me! Recently my boss had a problem and ran down to a computer store close to our office -- believe me, after that little mistake -- its worth travelling the extra difference!
