We help individuals suffering with injuries, headaches, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, fibromyalgia and insomnia. Massage may help improve concentration, circulation, joint flexibility, immunity, energy levels and much more! If you have been in an auto accident or injured on the job you may be covered by insurance for massage as part of your treatment prescribed by your doctor or medical care provider. We will call your provider as a courtesy to check. Avalon 8 Wellness also offers mobile chair massage for bridal parties, special events and businesses for St. Charles, St. Louis and surrounding counties.
