Abbco Plumbing and drain

Beckman did a remodel of a bathroom in June 2008. The shower doors are leaking and the tub surround is coming off of the wall. We called them and asked if they would come out and look at it? Craig Beckman said "of course he would - even though it is not really under warranty anymore", (we should be able to expect the work to last more than 1-2 years and that is why people pay a premium for a licensed plumber.) We made an appointment with Craig Beckman -the owner -for 1:00 on Thursday. I came home from work to meet him and he never showed up. I called twice and the recpetionist said he was "on the way" but he never showed.
