        Overall

        I took my shirts to Westgate Cleaners and after (3) visits noticed that they had used a permanent marker to write an identification number on them. When I asked the Korean lady why she did that she said that it is done to all clothing. Next time she can just use a paper tag if I want. That does me no good since she already wrote on 11 of my shirts with a Sharpie!



        I will not be going back.
