Lee Spa Nails

Very rude people. A young lady was waiting so long because one of her nails broke. It look like she was going to prom or something. They didn’t care. The mother of the young lady called in advance and also when her daughter was there waiting. While on the phone with her the man Lied for Tina and said she was in the bathroom when she wasn’t. I just felt so sad for the young lady. They weren’t even busy.

They might be good for a regular pedicure/manicure, but I would never go back again for gel nail removal. Employee was rude. I asked for artificial nails with gel to be SOAKED off. She proceeded to scrape between my nail and the artificial nail. I was actually yelling because it hurt. She would not listen to my protests. I'm very unhappy with the service I received

The lady there was SO rude. I will never go back there. I went to get acrylics and she filed and buffed my natural nails down so short there was almost no natural nail left. I started bleeding on one of my fingers and I asked her not to file it anymore and she still did it. Not to mention she took my left over acrylic from before off that was damaged off by ripping it off with tweezers. Horrible service. Very rude.

Very poor customer service. After being treated poorly and deciding after five minutes of sitting in the chair with polish only removed, it was clear the staff did not want us as a customer and we were nearly screamed at by the manager. After an embarrassing display of anger by the manager, she insisted we pay $15 per person for removal of toe nail polish. After being bullied into paying $30 we left feeling disrespected with no services provided.

I went here with my cousin and my daughter. We will never go back. The other nail salon, down by Sears was having a deal, we decided to go down to Lee's to see prices differences and they agreed to give us the same deal. We stayed. After we got our nails done, they took back their deal they agreed to and we ended up paying much more than we were told. The lady was very rude. She was snapping her fingers at me telling me to pay her now, before telling me how much everything was. After I told her we were told we were going to get the same deal as we could have gotten from Modern Nails, she began saying they don't have deals there and they don't have the same deals as their competition. They lie to get their business and they're very rude after they're done. Again, we won't go back. We'll go to Modern Nails. Bye Lee's.

Had to get 3 nails removed, and a new set. Girl did a great job but my price went from being $40, to $45 to finally $50.50. Price kept going up. Weird. Again nails looked good but disappointed in cost

took my daughter to have our nails done for her birthday, thought they were unfriendly and very over priced, plus they didnt even do that great of a job. VERY disappointed! will never go back to this location.
