Best Towing

Brad was prompt, fast arrival, and extremly informative. Would 100% send people his way just based off my interaction with hm and this company. I reffered my place of work to use tem and they did!!!

Best is owned by Russ Egger. "Rusty" is a expert scammer. He started with repossessions - Best Recovery Service, He has expanded into towing and auto sales. If he tows your vehicle on a police call Best will make it very difficult for you to get your vehicle back. Rusty will not give you a break, towing charges are doubled plus outrageous fees and $25/day storage. He will lie and tell you most of the money goes back to the police. In the end he will own your car, Rusty will sell your car to one of his cronies for a fraction of the "amount owed" . Any valuables in the car will be gone. If they repo your car they will tell the bank it has scratches, dents, mechanical problems, and sell it cheap to one of Rusty's pals. You can file a complaint with the Saginaw township police, you wont be first to call them about Best Towing. You can take them to court, you have a good chance to win in small claims court. I give best two thumbs down, the Worst

Biggest rip off ever. They will go to every extreme to gouge you. 25 gate fee. 85 to winch me out of a snow bank, which wasn't even a snow bank it was in the road. I wish you guys could step in your customers shoes and see how upset you have made us by gouging and nickel and diming for every little thing. Hope you enjoyed the 500$ For doing almost nothing.

Wish I could give a negative rating and not 1 star. Absolutely awful and a total joke. This company will find anyway it can to charge you. Not only did I pay $125 to get my car towed, they also charged me a fee of $85 in labor because it was in a snow bank. It was stuck on the road, not in a large snow bank. Had my 5 year old son been with me, I could have easily gotten unstuck. Not to mention, isn't that the reason I'm paying the $125 tow fee even if it was in a snow bank?!?! Also, they expect you to use their towing, and if you decide to have your car retowed off the lot, you must pay a gate fee of $25 for another company to come and pick it up. DO NOT use Best Towing. They are extremely greedy and will tack on whatever charge they please.

Had a young kid come and tow my sons car. ..was very nice and basically told me what was wrong with car before it even left my house. ..wish I would have got his name...car repair shop called me and told me exactly what kid had told me was wrong... He seems to know a lot about vehicles and was very nice too. Will definately recommend this place to friends ... Thanks

Very Very fast pickup. Driver very friendly and helpful. Driver helped us find a great repair shop to fix our van.

I called this company and they were their in 30 minutes. I've never had a tow truck show up that fast. I will definitely call this company in the future.
