On Feb 22, 2016, at around 2:32 pm, I stopped at store #00210286, to purchase a pack of Swisher Sweets Tip Cigarillos, 5 for $3.00. When I looked at my receipt, the final price was $3.49 plus 0.30 tax total of $3.79. I thought it must be an error since the price on the cigar package was clearly marked 5 for $3.00. So I brought the price difference to the clerk's attention. He told me that the price was $3.49 and not $3.00. I asked how can that be when the price on the package was 5 for $3.00. In a sarcastic tone of voice, he said, "didn't you see the price marked below it says $3.49? I said then the price should be marked on the package as well. And I ended the conversation there and left the store. But on my way out of the store, I heard him tell the other clerk, can't people see the damn price?! I started to turn around and engage him but decided that it would be better to send management a message instead arguing with a store clerk.
