This was, without a doubt, my best experience with any repair company ever!



Ken was my technician, and he was absolutely fantastic. I called on a Friday afternoon and set up an appointment time for Sunday, but when he had a cancellation he gave me the option of having him here early, which I grabbed at. He was prompt and extremely friendly. He was up front about the costs, showed me what the issue was, and explained absolutely everything. He was very helpful in providing advice as to how to fix my problem, and even called a technician from the company I had bought my washer at to get the warranty information when I couldn't find my manual! He advised me about how to go about getting my parts repaired through warranty and how to get the best deal on labor. I will promote this company to all family, friends and acquaintances. I couldn't believe how much he went above and beyond to help me out!!! Thank you, Ken, and thank you Awesome Appliance Repair - the name fits to a T!

they're reliable and trust worthy... prices are fair and the price for parts is pretty much the same if u went and purchased them urself. they wear booties and come on time. this is the best appliance repair company in the bizz
