        Service

        Had garage door and opener installed. From the beginning, opener did not operate right. When called to have service on the opener because it kept loosing its programing, they would not honor their warranty and charged service charge. When questioned, the owner was rude and stated she would not work on the opener or the garage door. Two years later, opener had to be replaced completely which was done by Windsor Door. A lot better opener and they repaired the shoddy work done by Overhead Door of Russellville.
