Maid to Sparkle

Maid to Sparkle supposedly came to my house to clean (I wasn't home) yet there was no proof that they were here. Rugs and furniture were covered in cat hair, countertops were dusty, and so on. They did have the nerve to cash the check after I called them numerous times to have someone come back and actually do the job. Do not use these people. They have no clue how to conduct business & were rather run off with their tail between their legs than actually own up to their mistakes. Now I'm out 78 bucks I can't really spare
