Trotter Air Conditioning

Trotter has worked for our family for 40+ years and for my parents before they. They are trustworthy, reliable and knowledgeable. I would allow them to work in my home even when I am not home. They will not sell you something you do not need.

This is a great company! I was taken care of beyond that of a bigger a/c company. I was very happy beacuse i was greeted by the owner and he was on the job. I was given a price that nobody in the area could beat. I am very satisfied with this company and I am telling friends and family about this company.

I didn't get far enough to see if service was good, or if the techs were good. When I called to see if I could get a service call I was greeted with " We are busy, what did you need" and then " gimmie your name." After a few seconds I recoiled and took my business else where. Customer service, first impressions, and genuine friendliness can and will sell a business. Potential or current customers should not be viewed as a burden but as an opportunity.
