Rowlett Transmission

Had my car towed in thinking my transmission was about to go out, they said they would check in out and let me know what they find. They called me back a couple of hours later and said it was only a switch that need to be replaced, cost $200, when I thought I would be paying for a new rebuilt transmission. Thes guys could have ripped me off if they wanted to, but they didn't, Very Honest!!! I would recommend them to anyone!

So my car started jerking every time I put it in reverse. I took it to Rowlett transmission and they explained to me what the problem was and what they would need to do to fix it, and how much it would cost. They recommended that I get my transmission rebuilt, and it was ready in the time frame they quoted me, and now my car runs great. Will recommend this place to everyone.

I have a 2014 Toyota Corolla, and was having issues with my car. I took it to Rowlett Transmission, and Jeremy was very patient, attentive, and kind. Instead of telling me I needed a new transmission or something along those lines, they did a computer diagnostic test, and after looking at the results they fixed my car for less than I was quoted by other shops. This is a great company, and I will definitely come back with any future car issues I have.

My car all of a sudden started shaking and I just moved to the Dallas area, and didn't know where to take my car. I talked to a few people in the area and they recommended this shop. Being a female, and this being my only car, I was a little scared. But, they took my car and told me it was something (I forgot the technical terms, sorry) and told me how much it would cost and how long it would take to get done. When I got my car back, it was amazing, it worked great and I couldn't have been happier. Defiantly recommend this place!!!

Towed me in for free and I paid price they quoted me over the phone! I highly recommend this shop for great service and warranty.

A++++ Service if they say you need something done you can trust them with out a doubt. They are the most honest transmission repair shop in the Dallas area. They do an impeccable job it is done right and they stand by their work.

As a woman, knowing only the very basics on car repair, Jeremy took the time to explain everything up front & where I could understand it. He gave me the best price, & I did a lot of research. I can't thank them enough for everything they did & how fast they were able to overhaul my transmission. Awesome service!!

I am a retired, award winning mechanic that worked on SAAB's for 30 years and Jaguar's for another 10. I took my 1996 Cadillac to Rowlett Transmissions for repair and I must say I have never been treated better. I was treated with honesty and respect and they could have sold me a complete overhaul but they found a minor problem and fixed my car for MUCH less than they could have charged me. I will recommend this place to ANYBODY!!!!! If you live in San Antonio and can make it here I would recommend them. I can't say enough about how fair these guys are.

Only shop that gave me a full price over the phone. If you know what your doing you should have an idea of what its going to cost. ScottyT

I was recommeded to Rowlett Transmission by Goodyear in Rowlett,Tx. Goodyear said my transmission was leaking fluid and they were the only HONEST place in town. The pan was leaking and needed a new gasket. Thats what Ken the manager told me. He raised the car on the lift and showed me were it was leaking from. I waited in lobby while the work was completed. I talked to Ken while waiting on my car, he had just returned from EGYPT while serving our country with the Airforce. I will recommed everyone I know to Rowlett Transmission. Ask for Ken
