DO NOT USE!



1st time they came out they did nothing because I did not provide them with a ladder to get to my AC unit in my attic. I showed them how I climb up there but he said he was not doing that, and it was my job to provide a ladder.

2nd time they came out (with ladder) . My home is 85 degrees because AC is not working and keeps freezing over, BUT I was told that AC units are designed to only make it 15 degrees cooler then what it is outside!! So since its 100 outside that it was working fine. I agrued with him and he told me that I would have to call when the unit is frozen over so they could document that something was actually wrong! Cuz it being 85 in my house ment nothing.

He also told me that I should vaccum more and change my filters every 10 days that dust could clog the filters!

He was rude and tried to charge me for a 2nd ticket.

Our Home Warranty service sent out this company to service our AC. What a joke. A man showed up to service our 2 AC units, both were blowing hot air and our house was 93 degrees. He said one of our units needed a fan motor and the other needed freon. He said he would order the part and come back tomorrow. We asked if he added the freon to the other unit and he said he would when he returned. We asked him why he couldn't do it now so that we would at least have 1 AC working. Again, he refused and said he would when he returned. Well about 3 days later I came home from work and found that he had been there, the power to the thermostat was back on. (he killed the power when he left) I turned th AC on and nothing, walked outside and could tell a new fan had been installed but it wasn't turning on. We were not notified that he was coming out, no paper work left saying what he did, the other AC was still blowing hot air. I called his cell phone and asked if he had been there and he stated he had. I told him it's not working and needed to come back. He said he could not come back and would be back in 2 days. I said no way, come back now and fix since he didn't do his job and didn't test the AC. He hung up on me, so I called the office and got the same run around and was eventually hung up on.



Don't use this company, they are a mom and pop shop that don't know what they are doing and have horrible customer service and they are just plan rude and don't care about there customers. This company should have it's contractors license pulled if it even has one to begin with. This company doesn't accept credit cards, the guy that came out came in a beat up pickup with no mention of the company on the truck. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE SORRY.

This was the worst experience ever!!!! Our home warranty company pick Pro Air for our repairs. Our a/c went out in the heat of the summer (of course) and it was determined that we need a new unit. To make a very very long story short. Pro Air said they were ordering us a new Carrier unit and it would be in a couple of days. A week later, they showed up the box said Carrier but they installed an inferior product called a Payne. When I asked why it wasn't a Carrier like I was told, they told me Payne was made by Carrier. Well Lexus is made by Toyota, but a Camry isn't the same as a Lexus. When we got a second opinion we were told it was a refurbished unit. Apparently they don't even make this unit anymore. They also didn't follow insulation protocol, they did not install any insulation on the outside lines. They left their work area a mess when they left. This whole mess of a job took over a month in the heat of the summer, my house was 98 inside. Please do not use Pro Air....you will be sorry.
