Bedrock Marble & Granite

I am beyond thrilled with the timeliness, the craftsmanship, the materials and customer service that was provided by Bedrock Marble & Granite. We updated our kitchen and Amie was tremendously helpful, guiding me every step of the way. BMG came out and took all of the measurements and gave us a free estimate. I was able to pick out the actual slabs of granite and approximately 11/2 weeks later everything was ready to install. It was a one day job for demolition, removal and installation. BMG was recommended to us by friends and we definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a great price!

Before we decided on using Bedrock, we had visited another granite fabricator that only offered us a couple color choices. Bedrock was able to show us plenty of granite selections and kept us in budget. The process was very easy and installation came faster than we even expected. Overall excellent service and beautiful installation. Installers were very polite and nice.

Our whole experience with these guys was terrible. Terrible communication, horrible installation and a countertop in one bathroom that leaves our guests wondering why we paid for something with such an ugly mark in the middle. Absolutely no apologies at any point for unreturned phone calls, service or quality concerns. Communication became somewhat better once the balance was due, despite having an invoice saying "All work is now complete" they still had to come out 2 more times to fix installation errors.
