Absolute Inspections

Kevin Wise came out to do my inspection on my home. I got his name from some of my neighbors, and they said that he found a ton of stuff wrong in their house and were very happy with them. One day I had a question about one of the things on my inspection, so I asked my neighbor. Turns out that we had just about the same inspection report. Same items, same pictures, same everything. So I start to do a little research and turns out there wasn't really as many items wrong with my house as he led me to believe. Another one of my neighbors said that the same happened to him. He made himself look a lot better than he was by making me think he found a ton of items. Being elderly he knew that I probably wouldn't question or follow-up on his finding.
