I took my vacuum here because it had broke anf it was just out of warranty. The owner fixed my vacuum and gave me an extreamly discounted rate. I had my vacuum repaired while under warranty at another shop close to my house and they trated me horrible because I didnt have to pay anything. Here there was no problem getting and estimate and a very honest answer to what had gone wrong with it. Come to find out it was my fault and I remember the exact instance in which he said could have happened did happen. He was so RIGHT and really knew what he was talking about. With all of the dishonest business out there this place was a breath of fresh air. They really took care of me and went out of there way to make sure that I had a working vacuum.

Bissell uses them as a warrenty repair shop, so I was forced to drive there, which was way out of my way. I got a call about a week later stating that it was clogged and not covered under warrenty. We decided that we would pass on getting it repaired and I stated that I would be by to pick it up with in a week. I picked up my steam cleaner and then tried to use it without soap, since that was the problem I had with it when I brought it in. When we turned it on, the brush wasn't working and the water wasn't spraying. We looked inside the machine and saw that there was a belt and various other parts missing from my maching. I called and notified them of the issue and he stated that I was lucky to have even gotten my machine back because usually they throw them away if someone doesn't want them to be repaired...weird since their ticket states that they hold the machine for 30 days from the date you drop off the machine. The guy was aggressive on the phone and told me to bring the machine back in and he'd put the parts back on, which makes me mad that they even started to part my machine out because I was well within their 30 days. I will not return there ever again, even if it means I have to pay for all the parts that were removed. I appreciate that they wanted to fix it, but don't ever leave your vacuum there because it will be returned with missiing pieces.
