They are professional and polite. They showed up ahead of the scheduled appointment time. They made my five year old carpets look brand new. I lease my spare bedrooms out to travelers and business professionals. My current guest told me how amazed he was and that the carpets look brand new. I have seen one or two bad reviews, but I am tickled pink over their service. They offered me an affordable rate for 6 areas in my house and and removed stains that even a rug doctor wouldn't do. They treated my "pet" problem room with enzymes. The house looks and smells great.
