Worst experience of my life. I walked into To Nancy to get greeted in the most rude way possible the girl in the front greeting didn't even look up when I was talking to her she letting her know why I was there she seemed very careless and kept makeing bad faces I felt very unwanted...after about 15 minutes of waiting the same lady her same was Ellena says very softly ina tone with additude from a cross the room to take a seat not even looking at me then she starts touching my hair ina disgusted way making faces after a couple of minutes she let's me know infront of everybody that she can not cut my hair because it is "Dirty" so she made me get up from the chair took off the cape and told me to come back a different day... I washed my hair yesturday i had other people look at my hair and everybody said it looked perfectly normal no bad smell nothing wasn't greasy...i walked into the salon expecting a good experience and walked out completely embarrassed by this rude girl never again will i step foot in this salon i used to regularly get my eyebrows waxed here but now I will not be returning for that either... thank you to Nancy for a horrible experience will be letting my friends who I had referred know about this as well.
